1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the harta33 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. harta33 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use the harta33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Being an individual registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity without written approval from harta33.
- Not subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keeping it updated whenever changes occur.
- Have never previously held a harta33 account that was closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
Harta33 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts if a user is found not to meet any of the eligibility requirements above. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.
3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of harta33's commitment to security and compliance, all users are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal. Required documents include:
- A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
- Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill no older than three months).
- A copy of the debit card or bank account used for the deposit, if requested.
Harta33 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for further verification purposes. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the KYC process is fully completed. KYC document processing typically takes between one and three business days.
4 Deposit & Payment Methods
Harta33 accepts a range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and RHB, as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after bank confirmation.
- Harta33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the harta33 platform. Transfers or any other use is strictly prohibited.
- Harta33 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources.
5 Fund Withdrawal
Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time via their account panel, subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the same user's name.
- Approved withdrawals will be credited within 24/7 support.
- Withdrawal requests made on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Harta33 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds originating from bonuses before the wagering requirement is met will be automatically rejected.
Harta33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold pending investigation if there are signs of suspicious activity or a terms violation on the account in question.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers
Harta33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive offers tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.
General terms applicable to all harta33 bonuses:
- Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may only be used for games specified in the relevant bonus terms. Some games may not be eligible or may contribute a different percentage toward wagering requirements.
- Harta33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if a user is found to have exploited system loopholes or employed wagering strategies deemed unfair.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value.

7 Game Rules

- All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified to ensure the fairness and integrity of every round.
- Any technical disruptions during a game session will be resolved based on harta33's server records, which are considered final in all disputes.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. harta33 is not responsible for betting errors made by users.
- Harta33 reserves the right to void bets or games in the event of a significant technical error or incorrect data being displayed.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
8 Sports Betting & Live Events
For the harta33 sports betting section, the following additional terms apply:
- Displayed odds are accurate at the time of display and may change until the bet is confirmed.
- Bets placed after an event has started (in-play betting) are subject to specific rules stated on each betting market.
- If an event is postponed, cancelled, or held at a different venue than scheduled, harta33 reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the funds to users.

9 Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your harta33 account login credentials secure. harta33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
- Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your account panel for an added layer of security.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
- Report any suspicious activity to the harta33 support team immediately.
Harta33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting such sensitive information is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us.
10 Prohibited User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the harta33 platform:
- Owning or using more than one harta33 account.
- Using funds obtained illegally or through unlawful activities to make deposits.
- Collaborating with other users to exploit bonuses or gaming systems (bonus abuse or collusion).
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to play or place wagers.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

- The user provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Upon the user's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the harta33 customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.
13 Disclaimer & Liability Limits
The harta33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. harta33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or hacking. We will make every effort to ensure high uptime, but cannot guarantee 100% continuous availability.
To the extent permitted by law, harta33 shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the harta33 platform. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and harta33.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to independent and impartial arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
